1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PIPO Protocol (“PIPO”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the protocol. PIPO is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol operating on public blockchain networks.

2. Decentralized Nature

PIPO is a set of smart contracts deployed on decentralized networks. We do not control the underlying blockchain or your wallet. You are solely responsible for managing your private keys and securing your digital assets.

3. Self-Custody and Responsibility

Non-Custodial: PIPO does not at any point take custody of your funds.
Wallet Security: You are responsible for all activity associated with your wallet address.
Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once executed, they cannot be undone.

4. Risks and Warranties

The protocol is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Smart Contract Risk: While audited, bugs may still exist.
Market Risk: Trading covered warrants involves extreme volatility and risk of total loss.
Liquidation Risk: Ensure your collateral meets protocol requirements to avoid automated liquidation.

5. Prohibited Jurisdictions

You represent and warrant that you are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where the use of DeFi protocols or the trading of digital warrants is prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with your local regulations.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the PIPO platform or in its documentation constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. PIPO is a neutral infrastructure provider.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the protocol after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
